San Angelo Man Injured In Early Morning Shooting

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- An early morning shooting left a 24-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds in San Angelo.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East 11th Street just before 3:00 a.m.

When police arrived at the scene,a they located the victim with apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to Shannon Medical Center for emergency surgery. The latest reports indicate he is in stable condition.

SAPD is searching for a person of interest in the case. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 25-30 years of age. 

He is approximately 5’06” and was last seen wearing a red hoodie with a black undershirt, light-colored cargo style shorts, and black athletic shoes with white soles. The subject is associated with a silver-colored 4-door Toyota Tundra. 

Anyone with information regarding the incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the San Angelo Police Department at (325) 657-4315.

The police department has released two surveillance photos of the alleged suspect.
