Police Searching for Missing Woman with 'High Needs'

ABILENE, TX -- The Abilene Police Department has issued a missing person's alert for a 58-year-old woman.

According to the alert, Kay Veach has not been seen since Monday. She has been identified as a "high need client in need of medical assistance."
