All Jury Trials Canceled In Taylor County For 2020

 

ABILENE, TX -- As the number of COVID-19 cases continues increasing in Taylor County, all jury trials have been canceled for the remainder of the year.

According to County Judge Downing Bolls, all jury and jury selection scheduled through December 31st will no longer take place.

The last time the Abilene-Taylor County Health District reported new cases, on Thanksgiving, there were nearly 3,000 active cases.

Hendrick Health confirmed it is currently housing 110 COVID patients and has 0 ICU beds available.
