ROTAN, TX – The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old girl last seen near Rotan, TX.
Victoria Alerman is described as an Hispanic female with brown eyes. She was last seen at the intersection of CR309 and CR311 near Rotan at 5:15 p.m. Friday.
Reports indicate the child may be covered in dry blood from an earlier vehicle crash and is possibly wearing a diaper.
She may have been abducted by Reyes Fortuna Figueroa described as a 33-year-old Hispanic male.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Alerman or Figueroa should immediately call the Fisher County Sheriff's Office at (325)-776-2273.
