The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:
- Clifton Gadison was arrested for DEL MARIJ >1/4 OZ <= 5 LBS at 9:29 p.m. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- James McCarter was arrested for ONLINE SOLICIT OF A MINOR and MISC SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD at 4:01 p.m. His bond has been set at $200,000.00.
- Jameela Coleman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, and MISC ICE HOLD at 8:21 p.m. Her bond has been set at $11,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 436 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.
The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020:

- Pedro Estrada was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:37 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.

- Kara Dowd was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 6:01 p.m. Her bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- Scotty Roberts was arrested for MISC CPF X4 at 7:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Jameela Coleman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, and MISC ICE HOLD at 8:21 p.m. Her bond has been set at $11,000.00.
- Venustiano Bello-Pastrana was arrested for MISC BORDER PATROL HOLD at 8:59 p.m.
- Marcos Rigoberto Bo-Cucul was arrested for MISC BORDER PATROL HOLD at 9:04 p.m.
- Agustin Flores-Garcia was arrested for MISC BORDER PATROL HOLD at 9:08 p.m.
- Clifton Gadison was arrested for DEL MARIJ >1/4 OZ <= 5 LBS at 9:29 p.m. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- Carlos Villegas-Soto was arrested for MISC BORDER HOLD at 10:53 p.m.
- Daniel Garcia-Ortiz was arrested for MISC BORDER PATROL HOLD at 10:57 p.m.
- Kimberly Sanchez was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 11:35 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
- Joshua Owen was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:42 a.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
- Ramon Garza was arrested for THEFT PROP <$1,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 1:08 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Jason Marcum was arrested for GOB*BURGLARY OF VEHICLES and GOB*THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 12:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- James McCarter was arrested for ONLINE SOLICIT OF A MINOR and MISC SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD at 4:01 p.m. His bond has been set at $200,000.00.
- Johnnie Gonzales was arrested for NO DRIVERS LICENSE at 7:14 p.m. His bond has been set at $464.00.
- Edward Holden was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, EXPIRED DRIVER LICENSE / IDENTIFICATION, SPEEDING - 10% OR OVER 42 MPH IN A 30 MPH ZONE, MISC CPF, and MISC VPTA x3 at 6:34 p.m. His bond has been set at $5,012.00.
