Police Searching for Suspect Involved In Fatal Shooting

 

MIDLAND, TX -- Police in Midland continue investigating the circumstances that led to the murder of 68-year-old Justin Zatovich.

According to the Midland Police Department, police found Zatovich with multiple gunshots on the back porch of a residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene on Monday afternoon.

The preliminary investigation revealed neighbors heard gunshots shortly after midnight on Monday.

On Tuesday, authorities have identified two male suspects in connection to the murder. The two men were identified as  42-year-old John Sepulveda and 38-year-old Brad Beck.

Breck remains on the run, but Spevulveda was taking into custody and subsequently charged with murder.

According to MPD detectives, he refused to give a statement and was transported to the Midland County Detention Center.
 
An arrest warrant has been issued for Beck as the investigation continues.
