BOOKING REPORT: Illegal Aliens Captured in Tom Green County

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

  • Anthony Ramirez was arrested for public intoxication at 4:18 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 2:43 p.m. Ramirez was then rearrested for minor in possession and criminal trespassing at 5:16 p.m. His bond is set at $721. 
  • Erick Gonsalez-Fernandez was arrested for a MISC border patrol hold at 4:07 p.m. 
  • Luis Sucup-Hernandez was arrested for a MISC border patrol hold at 4:08 p.m.

Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 448 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020:

Dallas Lawson was arrested for violating bond/protective order and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:44 a.m. His bond was set at $5,331 and he was released at 9:43 a.m. 

Anthony Ramirez was arrested for public intoxication at 4:18 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 2:43 p.m.

Guadalupe Vargas was arrested for theft of a firearm, unauthorized use of a vehicle, open container, unlawful carrying of a weapon, two counts of driving while license invalid, speeding in a school zone, three MISC CPF, two MISC FTA and three MISC VPTA at 5:44 a.m. Her bond is set at $7,242. 

Juan Ramirez was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces, possession of a PG 1 controlled substance less than one gram, two counts of driving while license invalid, and a MISC parole violation at 11:01 a.m. His bond is set at $2,342. 

Isaiah Martinez was arrested for GOB assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:54 a.m. He was released at 8:58 p.m.

Monte' Jarmon was arrested for a US Marshal hold at 12:11 p.m.

Brandon Perez was arrested for possession of a PG 2 controlled substance under a gram at 1:43 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

Sarah Howell was arrested for GJI cruelty to non-livestock animals by killing/poisoning/causing serious bodily injury at 2:05 p.m. Her bond was set at $7,500 and she was released at 3:58 p.m. 

Danyel Anderson was arrested for CPF driving while intoxicated at 3:01 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

Refugio Ortega was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:21 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:28 p.m.

Jimmy Porras was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a PG 1 controlled substance greater than or equal to four grams but less than 200 grams at 3:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

Erick Gonsalez-Fernandez was arrested for a MISC border patrol hold at 4:07 p.m. 

Luis Sucup-Hernandez was arrested for a MISC border patrol hold at 4:08 p.m. 

Chelsea Stewart was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 4:32 p.m. She was released at 9:58 p.m. 

Anthony Ramirez was arrested for minor in possession and criminal trespassing at 5:16 p.m. His bond is set at $721. 

Nathaniel Hodge was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol, resisting arrest and failure to identify by giving false information at 5:16 p.m. His bond was set at $1,442 and he was released at 10:58 p.m.

David Dougan was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:29 p.m. He was released at 9:13 p.m. 

Sally Stewart was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 6:11 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000. 

Cheyenne Williams was arrested for theft of a property between $100 and $750 at 6:24 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released Wednesday at 12:28 a.m.

Justin Frost was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces at 9:26 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 10:28 p.m.
