Police Searching for Gunman Who Shot 3 People

 

MIDLAND, TX -- A grocery store shooting sent three to the hospital on Sunday afternoon.

According to the Midland Police Department, two teens, 13 and 16, and a man were at Al's Grocery when they were confronted by 20-year-old Caleb Oneal.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Oneal shot all three individuals and then fled the scene.

Police have confirmed the adult man and the 13-year-old are in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 16-year-old is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

Police have issued arrests warrants for Oneal for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury.
