Child Endangerment and Reefer Possession Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Matthew Porter was arrested for ADANDON ENDANGER CHILD CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE at 5:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Brian Hancock was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 2 >=4G<400G, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:44 a.m. His bond has been set at $76,662.00.
  • Steven Alvarado was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:21 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.

 

Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 444 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

  • Brian Hancock was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 2 >=4G<400G, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:44 a.m. His bond has been set at $76,662.00
  • Avery Foster was sentenced for COMM*ASSAULT CAUSES BOSILY INJURY at 9:32 a.m. 
  • Jeffrey Brazil was arrested for DEADLY CONDUCT DISCHARGE FIREARM at 11:57 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Matthew Porter was arrested for ADANDON ENDANGER CHILD CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE at 5:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Javier Barquera was arrested for CPF*DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES, VOP*DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES, and MISC CPF X10 at 5:50 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Adam Urrabazo was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 8:02 p.m. His bond has been set at $502.00.
  • Michael Andros was arrested for EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH at 9:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Onecimo Capuchino was arrested for NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - SUBSEQUENT, OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINER IN VEHICLE, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC FTA, and MISC VPTA X2 at 10:38 p.m. His bond has been set at $4,518.00.
  • Brandon Wingo was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, NO DRIVERS LICENSE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA at 7:06 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,828.00.
  • Curtis Moby was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT at 9:18 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Lorenzo Fuentes was arrested for MISC CPF X3 at 9:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Steven Alvarado was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:21 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
