High Speed Chase and Possession of Mary Jane Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are currently 454 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Thursday morning.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: (10/21)

  • Isabel Ramirez was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE 2/MORE PREV CONV at 10:12 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jose Guerra was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Salinas was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, SPEEDING 15-24 MPH OVER POSTED SPEED ZONE 62 MPH IN A 40 MPH, and MISC VPTA at 3:29 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,828.00. 
  • Jose Zavala was arrested for MISC CPF X8 and MISC FTA at 3:57 p.m. His bond has been set at $502.00.
  • Macario Zepil - Perez was arrested for MISC ICE HOLD at 9:18 p.m.  
  • Francisco Miranda - Ramirez was arrested for MISC ICE HOLD at 9:35 p.m. 
  • Mariah Kincaid was arrested for GOB*CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE at 11:30 p.m. Her bond has been set at $10,000.00. 
  • Allison Vorne was sentenced for COMM*POSS CS PG 3 < 28G at 8:26 a.m. 
  • Layla Reese was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 3:26 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Leandro Alfaro was arrested for MISC CPF at 3:47 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Lawrence Teague was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:43 p.m.  His bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Joe Lopez was arrested for LITTERING at 7:27 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Thomas Garza was arrested for J/N*POSS MARIJ <2OZ, J/N*DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES, and J/N*INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES at 5:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kenneth Rodriguez was arrested for RPR*CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750, RPR*DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES at 5:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Valentine Quintana was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, NO DL, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC VPTA at 10:04 p.m. His bond has been set at $3,408.00.
  • Michael Rutledge was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 7:56 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Bevans Wiginton was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and MISC CPF X2 at 6:22 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Kellie Riley was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:22 p.m. Her bond has been set at $462.00.
