The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Marcus Dunn was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:08 a.m. His bond has been set at $662.00.
- William Hernandez was arrested for MURDER and ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 6:02 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000,000.00.
- Juan Balderas - Briones was arrested for MISC ICE HOLD at 12:23 p.m.
