Bank Robber Gets Away Unknown Thanks to Covid Mask

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The Lubbock Police Department is currently searching for a suspect who attempted to rob the People’s Bank. 

According to the Lubbock Police Department, on Oct. 15, officers with the LPD were dispatched to the People’s Bank on 34th street for the report of a bank robbery. 

When the officers arrived the individual had already escaped. 

Police are still looking for the man but are unaware of his identity. 

The suspect was described as a white male wearing a white button-down shirt with a red tie and blue jeans. He was also wearing a light-colored mask and a tan hat.

LPD did not disclose whether or not he stole any money from the bank. They did however state that the man slipped the teller a note demanding the money.
