UPDATE: Woman Charged With Intoxicated Manslaughter of Biker

EASTLAND, TX – The Audi driver that killed the biker near Lake Leon has now been charged with intoxicated manslaughter. 

As previously reported, on Oct. 12, troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety were dispatched to FM-570, 1.8 miles East of Eastland, near Lake Leon for the report of a major crash. For the full story click here: Biker Killed in Head-On Crash

When the troopers arrived they discovered Bradley Cecil Segers, 50, of Midland, driving a Harley Davidson had died in the crash.

Investigators on scene claim that an Audi A6 drove over the middle lane and killed the man. The driver of the Audi, Madison Paige Bradley, female, 32, of Eastland was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

After being released from the hospital Bradley was arrested and charged with intoxicated manslaughter.

She was released from the Eastland County Jail the same day after making a $45,000 bond.
