Weed Possession and Assault Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 452 currently in use by inmates as of Wednesday morning.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Wayne Fieglein was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, and MISC FTA at 1:42 a.m. His bond has been set at $8,564.00.
  • Obed Jimenez was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 2:46 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Luis Mares was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:47 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.

  • Edward Samaripa was arrested for MTR*ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV, ASSAULT PEACE OFFICER/JUDGE, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT at 3:53 a.m. His bond has been set at $76,000.00.

  • Audrey Mata was sentenced for COMM*POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G and COMM*TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR at 12:12 p.m. 

  • Mark Hinton was sentenced for COMM*DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 3:37 p.m. 

  • Elizabeth Santillan was sentenced for COMM*DUTY ON STRIKING UNATTENDED VEHICLE at 4:01 p.m. 

  • Jesus Garza was sentenced for COMM*CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:02 p.m.

  • Shalamyah Alexander arrested for MTR*EVADING ARREST DETENTION and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:57 p.m. His bond has been set at $9,998.20.

  • Toby Martin was arrested for MISC US MARSHAL HOLD at 7:58 p.m. 

  • Annyha McClinton was arrested for HINDER APPREHENSION OR PROSECUTION KNOWN FELON at 8:05 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

  • Jesus Valdez was sentenced for COMM*FLEEING POLICE OFFICER, CPF*FLEEING POLICE OFFICER, and MISC CPF X3 at 9:20 p.m. 

  • Mustafa Carlisle was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES at 9:34 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,000.00.

  • Madison Bordayo was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, and TOBACCO - MINOR IN POSSESSION UNDER 18 at 11:48 p.m. Her bond has been set at $9,184.00.

  • Wayne Fieglein was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, and MISC FTA at 1:42 a.m. His bond has been set at $8,564.00.

  • Kathryn Reyes was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 1:59 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

  • Daniel De La Rosa was arrested for EXHIBITION OF ACCELERATION - SPINNING TIRES at 1:33 a.m. His bond has been set at $314.00.

  • Pete Mendoza was arrested for EXHIBITION OF ACCELERATION at 1:36 a.m. His bond has been set at $314.00.

  • Andres Nolan was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, FAIL TO STOP AT DESIGNATED POINT AT STOP SIGN, and MISC VPTA at 12:54 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,128.00.

  • Danza Valdez was arrested for NO DRIVERS LICENSE, MISC CPF, MISC FAIL TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE, and MISC VPTA at 1:36 a.m. Her bond has been set at $2,300.00.

  • Joe Perez was arrested for MISC CPF at 3:35 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

  • Luis Mares was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:47 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.

  • Gilbert Guzman was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:34 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.

  • Obed Jimenez was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 2:46 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

  • Chelsea Garcia was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 2:54 a.m. Her bond has been set at $2,500.00.

  • Colleen Andrews was arrested for GJI*CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE at 3:40 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

  • Jose Cuellar was arrested for MTR*DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 10:57 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

  • Christi Stains was sentenced for COMM*BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:04 p.m. 

  • Amanda Stuck was arrested for GOB*CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:47 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.

  • Dustin Bruno was arrested for ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULAT and INTERFER W/EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE W/PREV CONV at 5:07 p.m. His bond has been set at $17,000.00.

  • Wrather McGinnis was arrested for POSS CS PG 1>=1G<4G, POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 1:11 a.m. His bond has been set at $31,500.00.

  • Sally Stewart was arrested for OBSTRUCT HIGHWAY PASSAGEWAY at 5:17 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
