Stolen Vehicle and Pot Possession Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 478 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Thursday morning.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

  • Cody Lawson was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:12 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Kayla Moreno was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 11:07 p.m. Her bond has been set at $5,000.00.
  • Arthur Pena was arrested for AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON and PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:11 a.m. His bond has been set at $65,000.00.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday (10/01/2020):
  • Charlie McDonell was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:50 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Brianna Bermea was sentenced for at GOB*POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSSESSION/CONSUMPTION/PURCHASE TOBACCO UNDER 21, MISC COMM X8, and MISC FTA X3 at 4:09 a.m. 
  • Albert Riojas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, MAN DEL CS PG 3/4 < 28G, UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON at 6:32 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Juan Romero was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, POSS CS PG 3 < 28G, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, and UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON at 6:42 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.
  • Edgar Arzola was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, MAN DEL CS PG 3/4 <28G, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 8:28 a.m. His bond has been set at. $1,500.00.
  • Rowdy Chapman was sentenced for COMM*POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:36 a.m. 
  • Zane Perez was arrested for POSS CS PG 3 < 28G and CPF*FALSE REPORT TO POLICE OFF/SP INV/LAW ENF EMPL at 11:51 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Carlos Andros was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jesus Camarena was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON, and MISC*VOP MARIJUANA POSSESSION at 5:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this  time. 
  • Jesus Tobias was sentenced for COMM*AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 7:38 p.m. 
  • David Szymkowiak was arrested for POSS CS PG 1>=1G<4G and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kayla Moreno was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 11:07 p.m. Her bond has been set at $5,000.00.
  • Mark Valadez was arrested for MTR*ONLINE SOLICIT MINOR SEX CONDUCT at 11:14 p.m. His bond has been set at $25,000.00.
  • Jose Flores was arrested for VOP*POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, MISC NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY X3, and MISC VPTA X5 at 11:28 p.m. His bond has been set at $8,638.00.
  • Arthur Pena was arrested for AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON and PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:11 a.m. His bond has been set at $65,000.00.
  • Latisha Bohannon was arrested for MISC CPF X7 at 1:19 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rodolfo Trevino was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED / OPEN ALCH CONTAINER at 12:22 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Carmen Alvidrez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:35 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Clayton Dunn was arrested for DUTY ON STRIKING FIXTURE/HWY LANDSCAPE >= $200 at 12:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Phuong Tran was arrested for RPR*DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES at 1:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Randy Salinas was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA X2 and MISC FTA ON COURT DATE at 7:43 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,926.00.
  • Kris Perez was sentenced for COMM*REGISTRATION INSIGNIA-WRONG PERIOD at 4:24 p.m. 
  • Cody Lawson was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:12 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Joshua Lawson was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES at 11:18 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Peyton Coleman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:45 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Vicky Daniels was arrested for OPEN ALCH CONTAINER IN VEHICLE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA at 11:23 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,876.00.
  • Joe Wagley was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:48 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Terry Plumley was arrested for MISC TDCJ HOLD OVER at 1:46 p.m.
  • Kevin Simmons was arrested for MISC TDCJ HOLD OVER at 1:19 p.m. 
  • Billy Tullas was arrested for MISC TDCJ HOLD OVER at 1:30 p.m.
