Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 477 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:
- Kelly Fields was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 >= 1G<4G at 3:15 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Anthony Durst was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 1>= 400G at 3:58 p.m. His bond has been set at $50,000.00.
- Bonnie Lovell was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 10:23 p.m. Her bond has been set at $662.00.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday (09/28/2020):
- Cezario Garcia was arrested for GOB*CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$750<$2,500, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EXHIBITION OF ACCELERATION BY MOVING OUT OF TRAFFIC, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, GOB*CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA at 2:21 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,078.00.
- Eduardo Ayala was sentenced for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC COMM X2 at 2:55 a.m.
- Brian Biggs was sentenced for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, AND MISC COMM X3 at 5:50 a.m.
- Clay Savala was arrested for GOB*POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 11:14 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Agapito Chappa was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Scott Knight was sentenced for COMM*INDECENCY W/ A CHILD EXPOSES and COMM*INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT at 2:13 p.m.
- Kelly Fields was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 >= 1G<4G at 3:15 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Paulina Vizcaino was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 1 >= 400G at 3:56 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.

- Chance Taylor was arrested for GJI*AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, BURGLARY OF HABITATION, and UNAUTH USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE at 5:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- William Nalley was arrested for MTR*INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ, POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, MISC FTA, MISC NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, and MISC VPTA at 5:49 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,284.00.
