SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo man has been indicted for allegedly dealing meth with a stolen pistol.
According to court documents, on May 19, deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on the 100 block o E Avenue L.
The warrant, signed by Justice of the Peace J.P McGuire, stated that Leroy Torres was in the home and had been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
After raiding the home, deputies found a number of items including guns, drugs, digitals scales, and other packaging material.
Deputies claim Leroy had 54.1 grams of methamphetamine and a loaded Smith and Wesson 9mm stolen out of San Antonio in his possession during the search. Three others were arrested in the house as well.

Torres was arrested on May 19 for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and theft of a firearm. His bond was set at $57,500 and he was released on September 15. Five days prior Torres was indicted on the charges.
His initial pre-trial is set for November 3 at 2:00 p.m.
