San Angelo Man Indicted on Multiple Counts of Assaulting a Minor

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A grand jury with the 51st district court has indicted a San Angelo Man on multiple counts of Sexual Assault of a Child. 

According to court documents, on September 10, Eric Guerrero was indicted on two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child. 

The indictments comes after Guerrero was accused of having sex with a child, under the age of 17, twice. The first time it was in March of 2019 and the second time was May 25, 2019. 

Guerrero was arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on September 18 and was released on September 21 after posting a $80,000 bond. 

Sexual Assault of a Child is a second degree felony punishable by 2-20 years in prison.
