Assault and Weed Possession Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Seventeen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  1. Deborah Ramirez was arrested for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury at 7:41 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  2. Joseph Holt was arrested for MTR theft of a property with two or more previous conviction, abandoning/endangering a child by criminal negligence, evading arrest with a previous conviction, and evading arrest with a vehicle at 9:09 pm. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  3. Scott Halvorson was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance PG 1 at 7:47 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 

Out of the 556 beds, 469 inmates are currently in jail as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  1. Cherri Romo was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 1:03 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 5:43 a.m.
  2. Roberto Revelez was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 1:09 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:58 p.m.
  3. Keneth Cansler was arrested for evading arrest detention with a vehicle or watercraft, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, lights-defective brake lights, and a MISC VOP at 4:15 a.m. His bond is set at $30,374. 
  4. Avery Foster was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury at 9:48 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  5. Timothy Harper was arrested for terroristic threat that caused fear of imminent serious bodily injury at 11:58 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  6. Anastasia Escamilla was arrested for theft of a property at 12:20 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  7. Demalcolm Brown was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 at 1:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  8. Zzackray Allen-Rhodes was arrested for GJI assault to a family member by impeding breath/circulation at 1:44 p.m. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was released at 5:43 p.m.
  9. Whitney Darby was arrested for harassment of a public servant, burglary of a habitation, evading arrest, and GOB abandoning/endangering a child with intent to return at 4:37 p.m.His bond is set at $500. 
  10. Leonard Stelly was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 2, failure to identify as a fugitive by giving false information, no driver's license, and one MISC VPTA at 6:19 p.m. 
  11. Deborah Ramirez was arrested for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury at 7:41 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  12. Scott Halvorson was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance PG 1 at 7:47 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000.

  15. Calixto Garcia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 at 10:39 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  16. Mark Arroyo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 at 10:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  17. Joshua Delarosa was arrested for possession of marijuana, DWLI, No DL, no signal of intent 100 feet prior to turning, one MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 11:04 p.m. His bond was set at $3,376 and was released at Friday at 12:43 a.m.
