SAN ANGELO, TX – Deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office arrested a 48-year-old on Wednesday after he allegedly inappropriately touched a child.
According to court reports, on August 18, a family member of the child called the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to report an outcry the child made regarding sexual assault. The child claimed she was forced to touch the penis of Victor Hugo Fierros, 48, and that he had inappropriately touched her.
A week later the child was taken to the Children's Advocacy Center for a forensic interview. During the interview the child told staff that five months prior to her outcry she had been at Fierros' home. While in the backyard, Fierros allegedly called the child over, removed his erect penis from his shorts, and made the child touch it.
The following day, deputies spoke with Fierros who agreed he would speak but then quickly exercised his right to an attorney.
On September 1, the victim returned to the Children's Advocacy Center and spoke about other incidents. One incident occurred in the living room of Fierros' home. The child told staff that Fierros sat next to her on the couch and began rubbing her leg. He eventually moved his hand to the child's genitals. The affidavit states child said the contact was intentional and was not wanted.
Another incident the child said happened in the kitchen of the house. This time, Fierros is accused of approaching the child from behind, grabbing her hips, and pulling her close to his body with an erection.
After these statements, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Fierros for indecency with a child by sexual contact on September 2. He remains in the Tom Green County Jail as of September 3 in lieu of a $45,000 bond. If he makes bond he cannot have any contact with the victim, court documents state.

That's a little too romantic for a sexual assault on a minor. This town is full of pedophiles; there must be a chat room somewhere that talks about the low bonds and the bending over backwards to accommodate these perverts. In the meantime the courts are all over a 17 year old who had sex with a 14 year old and she got pregnant. It was an issue of kids fooling around and getting caught. Too bad and not morally strong, but it should be a social services issue. Pedophiles need to be castrated and put in a population where they can learn what it's like to be controlled and frightened.

PermalinkLizbetigan, you are 100% correct. Let all parents take over the justice of pedophiles. That is one of many, many problems with our so called justice system that would be rectified.
