Arson and DWI Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 459 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

  • Shawn Costilla was arrested for ARSON OF BLDG/HABIT/VEH RECKLESS CAUSE DAMAGE at 12:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Linda Posada was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID X2, FAIL TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY - PRIVATE PROPERTY, SPEEDING 10% OR OVER MPH IN 35 MPH ZONE, MISC CPF, MISC FTA, and MISC VPTA X3 at 3:51 p.m. Her bond has been set at $8,048.66.
  • Daniela Recendez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 12:26 a.m. Her bond has been set at $5,000.00.

 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday (08/24/2020): 

  • Sorina Ojeda was arrested for MTR POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 1:34 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Curtis Robertson was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, INTERFER W/ EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:56 a.m. His bond has been set at $3,000.00.
  • Kenneth Hutson was arrested for *J/N* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, *J/N* INTERFER W/ EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 2:13 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.
  • John Deanda was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 5:27 a.m. His bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Ashley Ortegon was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 5:28 a.m. Her bond has been set at $10,500.00.
  • Jorge Martinez was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:43 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Shawn Costilla was arrested for ARSON OF BLDG/HABIT/VEH RECKLESS CAUSE DAMAGE at 12:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.

  • Kenneth Oboyle was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, EXPIRED DRIVER LICENSE, EXPIRED VEHICLE REGSTRATION, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, and MISC VPTA X3 at 7:45 p.m. His bond has been set at $4,156.00.
  • Marsha Baker was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 7:58 p.m. Her bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Chriselda Esquivel was arrested for DOC - EXPOSING ANUS OR GENITALS at 8:37 p.m. Her bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Lyle Murray was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 9:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Bonner was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 11:42 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
  • James McManus was arrested for MISC CPF X9 and MISC FTA X3 at 1:06 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,506.00.
  • Daniela Recendez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 12:26 a.m. Her bond has been set at $5,000.00.
  • Alejandro Sanchez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 7:36 a.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Chris Hires was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jason McNeill was arrested for POSS DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 6:37 p.m. His bond has been set at $662.00.
