Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 442 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

- Matthew Clark was arrested for AGG ROBBERY at 2:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Anna Bonilla was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:47 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
- Mark Rojas was arrested for UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON at 1:06 a.m. His bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Devin Stevens was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:16 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:52 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
