Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 423 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:
- Chase Cope was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 9:34 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,662.00.
- Reynaldo Vargas - Fabian was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 1:41 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.
- Robert Bonner was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 8:09 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: (08/03)
- Bryan Flores was sentenced for *COMM* POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 12:03 a.m.
- Chase Cope was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 9:34 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,662.00.
- Felix Nieto was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:09 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Saul Arellano was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 5:01 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
- Jeremyah Luna was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 < 1G at 5:59 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Robert Bonner was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 8:09 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
- Vergie Archer was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 11:37 p.m. Her bond has been set at $462.00.
- Reynaldo Vargas - Fabian was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 1:41 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.
- Leslie Doty was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 11:51 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Fidencio Becerra was arrested for *GJI* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 3:17 p.m.
