Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 418 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Thursday morning.
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Louis Perez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 < 1G at 11:37 a.m. His bond has been set at $8,500.00.
- Rodney Rhodes was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 7:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Riley Garcia was arrested for for POSS MARIJ < 2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:41 a.m. His bond has been set at $9,000.00.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: (07/015)
- Justin Westerman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:20 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,126.00.
- Riley Garcia was arrested for for POSS MARIJ < 2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:41 a.m. His bond has been set at $9,000.00. As previously reported, Rhodes is the suspect from yesterdays wanted fugitive arrest made by the Tom Green County Sheriffs Office.

- Jason Ahola was arrested for FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO, NO DRIVERS LICENSE, NO LIC PLATE FRONT OR REAR, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR, MISC PAROLE VIOLATION, MISC VPTA, and POSS POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 5:33 p.m. His bond has been set at $4,996.00.
- Rodney Rhodes was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 7:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Lei Blakeney was arrested for *GOB* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:34 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
- Arturo Luna was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 1 > = 4G<200G, NO PROOF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, AND MISC VPTA at 11:19 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,632.00.
- Jeremiah Guerrero was arrested for NO DRIVERS LICENSE and MISC CPF X2 at 1:45 a.m. His bond has been set at $464.00.
- Michael Constancio was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION X2 and MISC FTA X7 at 4:18 a.m. His bond has been set at $4,638.00.
- Sebastian Hawthorne was arrested for MISC CPF X 3 and MISC FTA at 7:59 p.m. His bond has been set at $502.00.
- Jerry Gonzales was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 8:57 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Chelsie Schmidt was arrested for THEFT OF SERV >=$100<$750 and MISC CPF at 11:38 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
- Michael Masters was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 8:55 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
