Murder and Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Edward Wilson was arrested for MURDER at 12:02 a.m. His bond has been set at $500,000.00.
• Antonio Morales was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 11:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Linda Peterson was arrested for PAROLE VIOLATION at 11:18 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 424 currently in use by inmates in TGCDC as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: (07/09)

• Edward Wilson was arrested for MURDER at 12:02 a.m. His bond has been set at $500,000.00.
• Frederick Fuqua was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, *RPR* FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 12:27 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,162.00.
• Juan Delapaz was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 3:06 a.m. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
• Michael Park was arrested for ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULAT at 2:59 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Stephen Bobholz was arrested for *GOB* THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREFV CONV at 4:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• James Jordan was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC CPF, and MISC FTA at 8:16 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,564.00.
• Bobby Banda was arrested for CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE at 9:46 p.m. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
• Joe Rodriguez was arrested for *GJI* FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, *J/N* POSS CS PG 1>=1G<4G, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, and EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 10:14 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Linda Peterson was arrested for PAROLE VIOLATION at 11:18 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Antonio Morales was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 11:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.

• Carlos Rodriguez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, OPEN CONTAINER, NO DRIVER LICENSE, and POSS OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 4:13 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,272.00.
• David Chappa was sentenced for *COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 9:32 a.m. 
• Mariah Adame was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 3:55 a.m. Her bond ahs been set at $8,500.00.
