Alleged Cocaine Dealer Captured in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Officers with the San Angelo Police Department arrested a 29-year-old man from San Angelo for allegedly selling cocaine. 

According to the affidavit, on June 26, officers with the SAPD served a warrant at an apartment complex on the 2500 block of Sweetbriar for 29-year-old Dexter Lewis who was wanted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. 

Once officers arrived they found suspected cocaine in the amount of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. 

Lewis was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. He also had a warrant out for failure to stop at a designated stop point. 

He was then booked into the Tom Green County Jail. He was released the following day after posting a $50,000 bond.
