Texas Rangers Investigate Death of Inmate at Ector County Jail

ODESSA, TX – According to Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis, an inmate who has been in custody at the Ector County Jail died Monday morning.

At this time the Texas Rangers have been called in to investigate the cause of death of the individual.

The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.

More information is expected to be released later this afternoon.
