San Angelo Man Indicted for Death of Child

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A 30-year-old San Angelo man was indicted in May for the death of a child. 

According to the indictment, on or around the first of July, 2019, Trevor Armstrong is accused of causing the death of Briella Armstrong by criminal neglence. 

Armstrong is accused of bundling and positioning the child in a manner that caused an accentuation and retention of body heat to an excessive degree and failing to be conscious of her distress while she was in his care. 

He was indicted on May 19 and then was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on June 8 for Criminally Negligent Homicide. He was released the same day after posting a $10,000 bond.
