The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Salvador Alcaraz was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER, and MISC ICE HOLD at 9:00 p.m. His bond has $1,000.00.
- Shawn Moolhuysen was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:17 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
- Juliana Antu was arrested for FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, MTR POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, and MISC COMM X3 at 1:02 a.m. Her bond has been set at $7,500.00.

- Phillip Gibbs was sentenced for COMM DRIVNG WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 8:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Salvador Alcaraz was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER, and MISC ICE HOLD at 9:00 p.m. His bond has $1,000.00.
- Shawn Moolhuysen was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:17 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
