Authorities Arrest Wanted Fugitive for Manufacturing Counterfeit Currency

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo woman was arrested over the weekend for manufacturing counterfeit money.

According to the affidavit on or about November 25, 2015, defendant, Farrah Wilson was arrested with intent to defraud, forge, alter, and counterfeit (72) $50.00 United States Federal Reserve Notes. 

In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 471; a violator's warrant was issued for Wilson's arrest on December 17 , 2019, but law enforcement had been unable to locate Wilson since. 

As a result, the Court ordered that the trial be continued indefinitely, so that law enforcement may make further attempts to locate Wilson and take her into federal custody to secure her presence for trial.

On March 15, 2020 Wilson was arrested and is currently being held on a U.S Marshall Hold.
