Drug Possession and Resisting Arrest Top Tuesday Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – 21 suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department, the Angelo State University Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Demetrius Huff was arrested for GOB*POSS CS PG 1 <1G,  RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID X 2, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC CPF X 7, and MISC VPTA X 3 at 12:41 a.m. His bond has been set at $13, 018.00.
• Alexander Cacho was arrested for GOB POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 6:32 p.m. His bond has been set at $30,000.00.
• Crystal Evans was arrested for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750 By Check at 12:44 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 393 inmates currently in jail as of Wednesday morning.

• Malarie Zachary was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:18 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Patricia Hernandez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 2:00 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Freddy Cantu was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER at 2:12 a.m. His bond has been set at $5,000.00.
• Juan Villa was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:44 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Johnny Delacruz was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 6:49 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,500.00.
• David Ulisney was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 11:08 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Joshua Payne was arrested for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750 at 11:16 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.

• Desmond Dixon was sentenced for COMM*ROBBERY, EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:26 p.m. 
• Paul Roberts was arrested for RPR*SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 3:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Ervey Garcia was arrested for MTR*THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 4:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Jesse Ortiz was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 4:48 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
