Missing Abilene Woman Located Safe in Grape Creek

SAN ANGELO, TX – After her picture received hundreds of shares, Abilene native, Alexa Smart has been located.

According to several social media posts, the 20-year-old was last seen in San Angelo. The bulletin asked that anyone with information contact her mother, Molly Smart, or the Abilene Police Department.

Abilene PD confirmed to San Angelo Live that a missing persons case had been opened for Smart. Scanners reports indicated that deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office located Smart in a residence in Grape Creek around 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.

After finding Smart, deputies indicated over scanner reports they would be contacting Abilene PD to notify them Smart had been found.
