Blue Bell Ice Cream Licker Sentenced to Jail Time

PORT ARTHUR, TX – The infamous Blue Bell “ice cream licker” who went viral last year has been sentenced to jail time for the crime he recorded himself committing.

According to News 4 San Antonio, D'Adrien L'Quinn Anderson was sentenced to two years probation but will have to serve a 30-day sentence immediately.

Anderson went viral last year after he filmed himself licking tubs of Blue Bell ice cream and then placing them back into store refrigerators.

In addition to his jail time, Anderson will have to pay a fine of $1,000 and restitution to Blue Bell for $1,565. This amount will cover the losses Blue Bell experienced after having to pull all the ice cream that was in the same display case as the “licked” tub.
