SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department is currently searching for a man who is wanted for assault.
According to court documents, on July 22, a warrant was issued for the arrest of 36-year-old Damon Huckabee.
The arrest came after the district attorney's office ordered for a motion to revoke his probation after Huckabee failed to attend and participate in a transitional treatment center.
The original charged stemmed back from June 8, 2017 when Huckabee assaulted a family member while he was intoxicated. Huckabee pleaded guilty to the assault charge and was put on probation for 10 years. A stipulation in the plea was for Huckabee to attend the treatment center.
The SAPD has continued to hunt for Huckabee and now are searching for more information on his whereabouts.
