Probationer Arrested with Drug Test Falsification Device Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Eighteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Joshua Rodriguez was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction/retaliation at 11:38 p.m. His bond is set at $462. 
  • Joe Damian Robles was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding breath/circulation at 5:36 p.m. His bond is set at $100,000. 
  • John Barrera was arrested for MISC VOP and false drug test falsification device at 6:06 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 

Out of the 446 beds, 438 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Jose Ramirez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 3:34 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Juan Hernandez was arrested for VOP driving while intoxicated and was placed on a MISC ICE hold at 9:19 a.m. 
  • Keely Lorenz was arrested for her second driving while intoxicated at 10:33 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Richard Barron was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:42 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Michael Uranga was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated at 11:51 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Howard Linzy was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 12:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jessica Rodriguez was arrested for RPR fraud by destroying removal concealment writing at 1:17 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Zackary Cook was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana at 3:2 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Juan Salinas was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction and a MISC bench warrant at 3:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Carmel Mata was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance and COMM evading arrest with a vehicle at 5:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ralph Wilkins was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joe Damian Robles was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding breath/circulation at 5:36 p.m. His bond is set at $100,000. 
  • John Barrera was arrested for MISC VOP and false drug test falsification device at 6:06 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Blanca Delrio was arrested for GOB theft of a property at 7:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Monica Garcia was arrested for possession of marijuana, MTR possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and evading arrest at 7:39 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Jamie Perez was arrested for public intoxication at 10:18 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released Tuesday at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Kasandra Suarez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, and two MISC VPTA at 11:04 p.m. Her bond was set at $3,444 and was released Tuesday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Joshua Rodriguez was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction/retaliation at 11:38 p.m. His bond is set at $462.
