Warrant Arrests and Immigration Holds Top Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Seventeen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Andres Rodriguez was arrested for GJI sex offender duty to register, DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, and two MISC VPTA at 10:00 p.m. His bond is set at $2,870. 
  • Michael Talamantez was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and GJI unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 2:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Antonio Paz-Valadez was placed on a MISC ICE hold starting at 3:52 p.m. He was released Thursday to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at 7:58 a.m.

Out of the 446 beds, 438 inmates are currently in jail as of Thursday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

  • Ashley Yell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 1:13 am. Her bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 5:43 p.m. 
  • Axel Camacho was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair at 10:48 a.m. His bond is set at $17,500. 
  • Michael Talamantez was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and GJI unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 2:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Brian Mann was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 3:11 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Marshall Lara was arrested for COMM unauthorized use of a vehicle and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:32 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Candice Torres was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:44 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Antonio Paz-Valadez was placed on a MISC ICE hold starting at 3:52 p.m. He was released Thursday to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at 7:58 a.m.
  • Roby Church was arrested for RPR theft at 4:17 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Timothy Massengale was arrested for possession of marijuana and false drug test falsification device at 6:25 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 8:58 p.m. 
  • Joel Castorena was arrested for public intoxication at 8:38 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at Thursday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • Heather Brown was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:00 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Thursday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • Andres Rodriguez was arrested for GJI sex offender duty to register, DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, and two MISC VPTA at 10:00 p.m. His bond is set at $2,870. 
  • Aron Quezada was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, no signal of intent, possession of drug paraphernalia  at 10:09 p.m. His bond is set at $8,582.
  • Leon Vaughn was arrested for second driving while intoxicated at 11:13 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Thursday at 5:13 a.m. 
  • Benjamin Gonzalez-Echols was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:48 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Jonathan Presto was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:53 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Thursday at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Corey Underhill was arrested for RPR false DL at 11:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
