POLICE: Christian School Teacher Arrested for Taking Inappropriate Pictures of a Student in Class

KERRVILLE, TX – A Kerrville Christian School teacher has been arrested after police say he took illicit photos of a child during class. 

According to News4SA, on January 8, a teacher employed at Grace Academy was arrested for invasive visual recording. 

The police report states that Jimmy Lee McElhaney was taking improper photographs of a student during class. 

McElhaney was arrested and is still in the Kerr County Jail in lieu of a $60,000 bond. He was arrested for in Palmer, Tx.
