50-Year-Old Indicted for Lewd Acts with a Child

SAN ANGELO, TX – A Tom Green County Grand Jury has indicted a 50-year-old man for child sex crimes.

According to the indictment, on August 23, 2017, Carl Middleton, 50, allegedly sexually assaulted a child.

The man is charged with intentionally and knowingly causing the penetration of the sexual organ of a child under the age of 17 with his sexual organ.

He was arrested by the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office on January 3. He is currently in the TGCJ and his bond is set at $25,000.
