Weed Possession Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fifteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Krystal Mendez was arrested for possession of marijuana over 4 ounces but less than five pounds and DWLI with a previous conviction at 12:33 a.m. Her bond was set at $8,000 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Scott Hanna was arrested for possession of marijuana, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:19 p.m. His bond is set at $2,124.

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 437 inmates currently in jail as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  • Krystal Mendez was arrested for possession of marijuana over 4 ounces but less than five pounds and DWLI with a previous conviction at 12:33 a.m. Her bond was set at $8,000 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Jessie Cannon was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 1:39 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Ashlynn Neel was arrested for no proof of financial responsibility, no seatbelt, two MISC COMM, and two MISC VPTA at 1:40 a.m. Her bond is set at $2,508. 
  • Marvin Butler was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 9:18 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Corey Cathey was arrested for GJI third or more driving while intoxicated at 11:31 a.m. His bond has not ben set at this time. 
  • Keller Campbell was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance at 1:00 p.m. She was released without bond at 1:58 p.m. 
  • Omar Castenda was arrested for J/N manufacture and delivery of  controlled substance at 1:36 p.m. His bond is set at $250,000. 
  • Rigoberto Verra was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 3:22 p.m. His bond is set at $420. 
  • Xavier Spruiell was arrested for MTR failure to identify as a fugitive by giving false information at 3:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Chelcie Smith was arrested for J/N resisting arrest at 4:47 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jeremy Brackeen was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Harold Philipp was arrested for RPR theft of a property, RPR possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, and two MISC FTA at 6:03 p.m. His bond is set at $2,706. 
  • Gabriel Contreras was arrested for terroristic threat of a family member at 9:04 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Friday at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Peter Garcia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:01 pm. His bond is st at $420. 
  • Scott Hanna was arrested for possession of marijuana, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:19 p.m. His bond is set at $2,124.
