Intoxicated Suspects Top the First Booking Report of the Decade

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Salvador Caballero was arrested for public intoxication at 1:47 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 6:28 a.m. 
• Hal Peter was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:32 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:43 a.m. 
• Fidencio Becerra was arrested for assault caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:47 a.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 408 inmates currently in jail as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday:

• Leroy Torres was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia  and a MISC FTA at 12:13 a.m. His bond was set at $1,224 and was released at 2:13 a.m. 
• Hal Peter was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:32 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:43 a.m. 
• Steve Castaneda was arrested for public intoxication at 1:22 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 7:43 a.m. 
• Salvador Caballero was arrested for public intoxication at 1:47 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 6:28 a.m. 
• Reynaldo Brown was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:10 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:43 a.m. 
• Nestor Elicaled was arrested for public intoxication at 3:36 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
• Sunny Celedon Lira was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:46 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:43 a.m. 
• Loretta Mathis was arrested for her second driving while intoxicated at 4:06 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 1:28 p.m. 
• Fidencio Becerra was arrested for assault caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:47 a.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 
• Alejos Muniz was arrested for RPR theft of a property, evading arrest, RPR DWLI with a previous conviction, and three MISC CPF at 12:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Angel Tobias was arrested for public intoxication at 7:24 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released Thursday at 12:58 a.m. 
• Alex Parker was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 8:58 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000.
• Devon Manzanares was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon and a MISC CPF at 9:34 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Thursday at 1:58 a.m. 
• Thomas Garza was arrested for GJI theft of a firearm at 10:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
