Police Arrest Suspect in Connection to Murder of 25-Year-Old

MIDLAND, TX – After Midland Police Department launched an investigation in the death of Saul Luz Murrillo, they have detained a suspect in connection to the murder.

According to CBS7, Malik Jamal Jaquari Gordon, 21, has been charged with murder. Gordon was arrested and is currently being held on a $1,000,000 bond.

Based on previous reports police observed three suspects fleeing the scene when they arrived at the scene. There is currently no information regarding the identity of any other persons of interest or suspect.
