SAN ANGELO, TX – Nine suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Danny Wagner was arrested for sexual assault of a child at 12:19 p.m. His bond is set at $20,000.
- Charles Bradshaw was arrested for indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:04 p.m. His bond was set at $862 and was released at 3:28 p.m.
Out of the 446 beds, 419 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:
- Jody Ashley was arrested for six MISC CPF at 2:51 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:43 a.m.
- Ignacio Garza was arrested for RPR fleeing from police officers, seven MISC CPFs and one MISC FTA at 2:10 a.m. His bond is set at $2,796.
- Richard Banda was arrested for VOP criminal mischief, DWLI, expired vehicle registration, no proof of financial responsibility, one MISC CPF, and three MISC VPTA at 9:53 a.m. His bond is set at $3,480.
- Danny Wagner was arrested for sexual assault of a child at 12:19 p.m. His bond is set at $20,000.
- Alexis Mendez was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, and one MISC FTA at 12:31 p.m. His bond was set at $2,366 and was released at 2:58 p.m.
- Charles Bradshaw was arrested for indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:04 p.m. His bond was set at $862 and was released at 3:28 p.m.
- James Jordan was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespassing at 1:13 p.m. His bond was set at $942 and was released at 8:13 p.m.
- Delylah Cline was arrested was arrested for criminal trespassing at 5:41 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 8:13 p.m.
- Rosa Perez was arrested for two MISC CPF and MISC no proof of financial responsibility at 9:51 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,104.
