Driving While Intoxicated Arrests Top Last Weekend Booking Report of the Decade

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thirty-nine suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Curtis Mosby was arrested for driving while intoxicated and one MISC CPF at 11:24 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at Sunday at 3:43 a.m. 
  • Teresa Sanford was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:01 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Andrew Holden-McCarty was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac over .15 at 12:02 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 4:43 a.m. 
  • Robert Lewis was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac over .15 at 2:42 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 431 inmates are currently in jail as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Ana Garces was arrested for possession of marijuana, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, and failure to identify by giving false information at 12:20 a.m. Her bond is set at $60,000. 
  • Brenton Pierce was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and RPR criminal trespassing at 3:44 a.m. His bond is set at $11,642.
  • Brandon Lopez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:09 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 9:58 a.m. 
  • Destiny Ramirez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:19 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Alexys Kane was arrested for possession of marijuana at 5:09 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
  • Christian Perez was jailed for COMM aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and COMM deadly conduct by discharging a firearm at 11:04 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Destiny Ramirez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 1:31 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:58 p.m. 
  • Mikel Connor was arrested for MTR aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 3:53 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jacob Tucker was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:22 p.m. his bond was set at $500 and was released at Saturday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Paul McGary was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding breath and circulation at 5:34 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Pineda was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:58 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:28 p.m. 
  • James Peak was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and expired vehicle registration, and two MISC CPF at 8:59 p.m. His bond is set at $812. 
  • Robert Schmidt was arrested for public intoxication at 9:34 p.m. His bond was set at $440 and was released Saturday at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Meagan Gonzales was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 10:14 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 2:28 a.m. 
  • Sandra Sanchez was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and two MISC CPF at 10:49 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Saturday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Christopher Sandoval was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 11:10 p.m. His bond was set at $16,000 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Isaac Hernandez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:39 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Christopher Graves was arrested for public intoxicated at 2:47 a.m. His bond was set at $440 and was released at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Teresa Sanford was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:01 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Carlos Andros was arrested for a MISC VOP at 5:50 a.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Homer Valdez was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance at 8:42 a.m. His bond is set at $16,000. 
  • Christopher Richardson was arrested for class c theft at 7:57 p.m. His bond was set at $424 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Dusty Large was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, DWLI, expired registration, and one MISC CPF at 9:56 p.m. His bond is set at $30,934.
  • Lance Volpe was arrested for public intoxicated at 10:21 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Sunday at 4:58 a.m. 
  • Francisco Hernandez was arrested for DWLI, nine MISC CPF, and one MISC VPTA at 10:27 p.m. His bond is set at $1,092. 
  • Erica Hernandez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 11:01 p.m. Her bond was set at $20,000. 
  • Mark Arroyo was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Walter Ahola was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify by giving false information, three MISC CPF, expired vehicle registration, one MISC FTA, and one MISC VPTA at 11:24 p.m. His bond is set at $18,082. 
  • Curtis Mosby was arrested for driving while intoxicated and one MISC CPF at 11:24 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at Sunday at 3:43 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

  • Andrew Holden-McCarty was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac over .15 at 12:02 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 4:43 a.m. 
  • Javon Brown was arrested for delivery of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 1:11 a.m. His bond was set at $14,000. 
  • Juan Ramon was arrested for burglary of a habitation, failure to identify by giving false information, and MISC non-payment of child support at 2:40 a.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Robert Lewis was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac over .15 at 2:42 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Juan Morales was arrested for displaying fictitious vehicle registration, and a MISC VOP at 4:12 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Leixus Jackson-Burney was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:30 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Veronica Tanguma was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, six MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 9:36 p.m. Her bond is set at $482.
  • Naomi Tanguma was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and two MISC FTA at 9:38 p.m. His bond is set at $2,248. 
  • Barbara Lasater was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 10:14 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Juan Trevino was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:46 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Monday at 1:28 a.m.
