Border Patrol Agents Catch 12 Illegal Aliens Dressed In Camouflage

SANDERSON, TX – U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended 12 illegals Wednesday dressed in camouflage who were attempting to evade detection as they made an illegal entry into the U.S.

According to CBS7, the agents tracked the group with air assistance by the CBP Alpine Air Unit in a UH-1N helicopter.

During the investigation, it was determined the illegals were from Guatemala and Mexico, illegally present in the United States. They are currently being processed according to the applicable immigration laws.

“This case is another example of illegal border crossers wearing camouflage while making entry in desolate locations in an attempt to evade arrest,” said Big Bend Sector Chief Patrol Agent Matthew Hudak.

“Our agents use their training, expertise, and support from CBP Air and Marine Operations on a daily basis to stop groups like this, despite the efforts of smuggling organizations to hide or camouflage their illegal activity.”
