INDICTMENT: Northside Drug Raid Yields Heroin, Meth, and Cocaine

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A 35-year-old suspect has been indicted by a Tom Green County Grand Jury after deputies arrested him for possessing a number of drugs. 

On June 13 at around 10:30 a.m. deputies with the TGSO Criminal Investigation Division along with the Tactical Team and the Patrol division raided a house on the 20th block of W. 30th St. on a search warrant for Roy Weatherford.

Entry to the residence was safely gained and the resulting search located approximately 7.5 grams of heroin, approximately 1.5 gram of methamphetamine, and a large amount cocaine. 

Also located during the residence search were items associated with narcotics trafficking which included scales and packaging materials. Additionally a large amount of money was also seized. 

He was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on June 21 and remains in there. His bond is set at $774,000. 

His initial pre-trial in scheduled for Feburary 4.
