Two Fake Drug Test Devices in One Day Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Twenty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Elijah Samuel was arrested for false drug test falsification device at 8:13 a.m. His bond was set at $500.
  • Kaieem Davis was arrested for possession of marijuana and false drug test falsification device at 8:15 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Steven West was arrested for MTR evading arrest with a vehicle, no proof of financial responsibility, wrong placement or no registration sticker, and two MISC VPTA at 4:04 a.m. His bond is set at $2,592.

 Out of the 446 beds, 428 inmates are currently in jail as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • Travis Garner was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and assault to a family member by impeding breath at 2:31 a.m. His bond is set at $17,500. 
  • Steven West was arrested for MTR evading arrest with a vehicle, no proof of financial responsibility, wrong placement or no registration sticker, and two MISC VPTA at 4:04 a.m. His bond is set at $2,592. 
  • Elijah Samuel was arrested for false drug test falsification device at 8:13 a.m. His bond was set at $500
  • Kaieem Davis was arrested for possession of marijuana and false drug test falsification device at 8:15 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Patricia Flores was arrested for MTR theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 11:11 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kasandra Jaso was arrested for MISC CPF possession of marijuana at 11:31 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Arnoldo Ayala was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 12:32 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:43 p.m. 
  • Ashley Garcia was arrested for GJI injury to a child/elderly/disables with intent to cause bodily injury at 1:02 p.m. She was released without bond at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Lorenzo Govea was arrested for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 2:32 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Bianca Rodriguez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance and MTR bail jumping at 3:54 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Edward Best was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 6:33 p.m. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Tyrone Organ was arrested for a MISC FTA child support at 6:42 p.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
  • Cody Stefanek was placed on a US military hold at 6:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Angel Hinjosa was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 8:56 p.m His bond was set at $500 and was released Wednesday at 12:43 a.m. 
  • Steven Welch was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 10:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Perla Garza was arrseted for class c assault at 10:57 p.m. her bond was set at $492 and was released at 5:58 a.m.
