ODESSA, TX -- The Odessa Police Department are currently investigating a double homicide at a car wash.
According to Newswest 9, on November 26, OPD were dispatched to the Apex Car Wash for the report of a shooting.
When they arrived, Police found two people that were shot and killed.
The identities of the victims are unknown at this time but OPD have confirmed that there was one female and one male who was killed.
At this time OPD does not have any suspects and urges anyone with information to contact them at (432) 333-3641.
UPDATE 2:45 p.m.According to CBS 7, a spokesperson from the City of Odessa has confirmed that the OPD has a suspect is custody.
This person is accused of shooting and killing two people this morning but the name of the individual hasn't been released.
This is an updating story and more information will be given when made available.
UPDATE 3:30 p.m.According to the Odessa Police Department, Fabian Chavez Polvon, 37, was arrested Wednesday, November 27, in connection to the double murder that happened Tuesday evening.
Polvon was arrested at his residence, without incident.
He is charged with two counts of capital murder, in the deaths of Tiffany Nicole Polvon, 35 and Joseph Granado, 36. Granado and Tiffany Polvon were found dead by gunshot wounds at a business at 8th and Cumberland.
