Running From the Law Tops Monday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Twenty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Donovan Perrett was arrested for pedestrian walking with traffic at 5:14 p.m. His bond is set at $260. 
• Kerry Cumba was arrested for MTR burglary of a building, unauthorized use of a vehicle, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and MTR bail jumping at 1:08 p.m. His bond is set at $13,500. 
• Raymond Ramirez was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, GJI possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, GJI evading arrest with a vehicle, tampering with physical evidence with intent, and a MISC VOP at 2:35 a.m. His bond is set at $65,500. 

Out of the 446 beds, 433 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

• Elyssa Niedzielski was arrested for three MISC COMM at 12:08 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Chanelle Baker was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:55 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
• Raymond Ramirez was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, GJI possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, GJI evading arrest with a vehicle, tampering with physical evidence with intent, and a MISC VOP at 2:35 a.m. His bond is set at $65,500. 
• Joes Delacruz was arrested for a MISC VOP at 2:53 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• John Guadarrama expired registration, no DL, no proof of financial responsibility, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:35 a.m. His bond was set at $1,952 and was released at 4:58 a.m. 
• Khari Brown was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana and RPR failure to identify fugitive by giving false information at 6:38 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:13 a.m. 
• James Jordan was arrested for public notification, RPR criminal trespassing, and one MISC FTA at 9:08 a.m. His bond is set at $1,024. 
• Porce Contreras was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:44 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
• Oscar Torrez was arrested for two MISC COMM at 10:25 a.m. He was released without at 9:58 p.m. 
• Mario Jio was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:47 a.m. He was released without bond at 1:43 p.m. 
• Enrique Rocha was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:30 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Kerry Cumba was arrested for MTR burglary of a building, unauthorized use of a vehicle, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and MTR bail jumping at 1:08 p.m. His bond is set at $13,500. 
• Nora Moreno was arrested for COMM theft and COMM failure to identify by giving false info at 2:59 p.m. She was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
• Sandra Lara was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and two MISC CPF at 3:28 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• David Arambula was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:49 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 7:13 p.m. 
• Gerardo Enriquez was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 4:08 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:58 p.m. 
• Donovan Perrett was arrested for pedestrian walking with traffic at 5:14 p.m. His bond is set at $260. 
• Samantha Burkhardt was arrested for MISC VPTA speeding at 7:19 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
• David Arambula was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:30 p.m. His bond is set at $500 and was released at Tuesday at 5:58 a.m.
• Sara Halloway was arrested for a MISC FTA child support at 10:08 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,000. 
• Ryan Lancaster was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Michael Smith was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Annalisa Cardoza was arrested for J/N racing on the highway at 11:53 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
