Couple Arrested in Two Separate Meth Busts

 

BRECKENRIDGE, TX – Over the weekend the Stephens County Sheriff's Office seized over 27 grams of meth in two separate busts.

According to KTXS, last Friday deputies responding to a criminal trespass call at the 8300 block of CR 313 at Hubbard Creek Lake where they found 7.7 grams of methamphetamine and Oxycodone. Callen Wimberley, 28, was charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

After arresting Wimberly, the sheriff’s office obtained an arrest warrant for his wife, Cheyenna Wimberly, 28. Cheyenna was arrested in a known drug house in the 100 block of W. 3rd Street in Breckenridge; inside the home authorities found 19.8 grams of meth.

Timothy “Sam” Mayberry, 51, was also arrested at the scene and both he and Cheyenna were charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Cheyenna Wimberley was also arrested on two felony warrants.

Callen was released on a $75,000 bond, Cheyenna’s bond was set at $175,000, and Mayberry is being held in the Stephens County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
