From DWIs to Drug Arrests, Here is the Weekend's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fifty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including driving while intoxicated, assaults, and drug charges. 

Out of the 446 beds, 426 inmates are currently in jail as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Shanna Kauffman was arrested for a MISC VOP 12:09 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Karren Nabors was arrested for two MISC CPF, three MISC FTA, seven MISC issuance of bad checks, and P71 theft at 12:44 a.m. His bond was set at $3,350 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Jeremy Johnson was arrested for theft of a property at 8:23 a.m. His bond was set at $50,000 and was released at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Mark Garivay was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:23 a.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 8:58 a.m. 
  • Camille Lucio was arrested for three MISC CPF at 9:25 a.m. She was released without bond Sunday at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Brandon Sanchez was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 10:37 a.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Jim Bailey was arrested for a MISC CPF at 10:38 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Taniell Spiva was arrested for VOP possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair at 10:41 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Erik Torres-Hernandez was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated and was placed on a MISC ICE HOLD at 11:15 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jimmy Perez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 12:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Damon Boone was arrested for GJI sex offenders duty to register for life annually at 2:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Corby Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography at 3:07 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:28 p.m. 
  • John MacDougall was arrested for theft of a property at 3:34 p.m. He was released without bond at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Raymond Hernandez was arrested for four MISC CPF at 4:08 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Daniel Perez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, MISC CPF criminal trespassing and VOP criminal trespassing at 4:52 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Tony Duarte was arrested for walking with traffic at 5:07 p.m. His bond is set at $260 and was released at 8:43 p.m. 
  • Jeni Riley was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 6:07 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Jaime Ramirez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance PG 1 and MTR possession of a controlled substance PG 2 at 5:12 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:28 p.m. 
  • Florentina Cervantes was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:21 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Ricardo Lopez was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon, walking with traffic, one MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and one MISC minor in possession of alcohol at 8:38 p.m. His bond was set at $2,724 and was released Sunday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • Jimmy Garica was arrested for GOB burglary of a building, GOB possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance at 9:28 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Robert Bonner was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:12 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:43 a.m. 
  • Joe Damian Robles was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:07 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:43 a.m. 
  • Jessica Bowes was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 8:56 a.m. Her bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Robert Shipman was arrested for COMM third or more driving while intoxicated at 10:11 a.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Anna Maupin was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, six MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 11:36 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,224. 
  • Deaundre McDowell was arrested for violating his protective order at 1:19 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:58 p.m. 
  • Ashley Trevino was arrested for possession of marijuana at 2:57 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 4:58 pm. 
  • Patrick Unphlet was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, three MISC CPF, and two MISC FTA at 3:37 p.m. His bond is set at $3,464. 
  • Marcial Martinez was arrested for assault by threat, two counts of public intoxication, RPR criminal trespassing, and three MISC FTA at 5:16 p.m. His bond is set at $3,122. 
  • Thomas Russell was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and a violation of bond at 6:09 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Marcanthony Garza was arrested for class c assault, one MISC FTA, MISC no DL, and one MISC VPTA at 7:23 p.m. His bond was set at $2,066 and was released at Sunday at 4:13 a.m. 
  • Lance Volpe was arrested for RPR resisting arrest and one MISC CPF at 9:30 p.m. He was released without bond at 12:13 p.m. 
  • Brittany Albers was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:39 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Sunday at 5:58 a.m. 

The following wer booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

  • Justin Matthews was arrested for racing on highway at 12:41 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:43 a.m. 
  • Misty Andrade was arrested for failure to display DL and no proof of financial responsibility at 1:09 a.m. Her bond was set at $794 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Scotty Roberts was arrested for GOB assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:13 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Timothy Pena was arrested for public intoxication at 2:00 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 7:28 a.m. 
  • Cristina Gutierez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:35 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Prajedes Valdez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:11 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Jose Hurtado was arrested for aggravated assault that caused serious bodily injury at 7:12 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Regino Villarreal was arrested for pedestrian in an unauthorized area at the lake and a MISC FTA at 7:39 a.m. His bond was set at $870 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  • Arturo Sanchez-Melendez was arrested for aggravated assault that caused serious bodily injury and was placed on a MISC ICE hold at 7:58 a.m. 
  • Matthew Clark was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify by giving false info, a MISC FTA, and MISC trash on property at 11:39 a.m. His bond is set at $2,236. 
  • Robert Brice was arrested for a MISC military hold at 3:04 p.m. He was released Monday at 6:28 a.m.
